Right of withdrawal
Within 14 days of delivery, the customer can revoke a contract concluded via Dadaserve Flexcube online shop without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. The revocation must be made online, in writing or by email. If this formal requirement is not complied with, the revocation is ineffective.
Return of articles
The deadline for the return is met if the customer notifies us of this within the specified period of 14 days. The goods must be returned to Dadaserve Ltd within 7 calendar days of cancellation at the customer’s expense. The date of the postmark or the handover to the carrier is decisive for the return.
After receiving the returned goods, Dadaserve Ltd will reimburse the customer for the value of the goods. Shipping costs / delivery costs already incurred will not be reimbursed. The right of withdrawal only becomes effective under the conditions specified in this section.

Customer’s obligation to test
Delivered goods as well as goods picked up in the branch must be checked immediately for correctness, completeness and intactness.

In the case of delivery by a forwarding agent, the customer confirms that the delivery is visually undamaged with his signature. Dadaserve Ltd assumes no liability for visible damage unless this is noted by the customer on the delivery note. In this case, the article must not be used and must be kept in the delivery condition.
Warranty and manufacturer guarantee
Dadaserve Ltd makes every effort to deliver goods in perfect quality and guarantees that they are free of defects at the time of delivery. Special provisions apply to certain product categories listed below.
The two-year warranty period from the date of delivery always applies, whereby Dadaserve Ltd can provide the warranty at its option through repair, replacement, rescission or reduction. The invoice receipt is valid as a guarantee certificate.
Return costs
The return costs / transport costs are borne by the customer; This does not include return and transport costs in the event of incorrect deliveries.
