Shelf - Timeless. Universal. Expandable
The term shelf is derived from the Latin word "riga" and means row. It is the umbrella term for pieces of furniture designed to store all kinds of objects. In contrast to a cupboard or highboard, it is open at the front. The Flexcube shelving unit is a modular shelving unit. Simply combine our standardized individual elements to the desired size, depth and color. Thanks to the modularity, you can reconfigure your Flexcube furniture again and again. Vary the width or height or add flaps, drawers or doors at a later date. This means you can transform a Flexcube shelf into a lowboard, sideboard, highboard or display cabinet at any time.
A shelving unit that is partially equipped with closed compartments or drawers retains the lightness and transparency of a shelving unit, but also offers storage space for less prestigious objects.
The Flexcube metal shelving unit is composed of a high-quality chrome-plated stainless steel frame that is comparable in function and quality to a USM shelving unit. USM shelving is also made of high-quality stainless steel, but the type of connection differs. There are also differences in the available sizes and colors. Flexcube metal shelving is available in chrome-plated stainless steel in the colors silver, copper and black.
Variety of colors for stainless steel frames and metal panels
The stainless steel frame for the Flexcube metal shelving unit is available in 3 colors. You can choose the metal panels for shelves, sides and back panels from 8 standard colors in the online store and from a further 200 RAL colors in the Flexcube configurator. Shelves, side and rear panels and glass doors are another option.
